How to use equal additions
Equal additions can only be used in subtraction equations
Here is an example to show you how equal additions works :
3.7 - 2.1
+ 0.3 onto both
The equation is now:
4 - 2.4 = 1.6
The answer is still the same because the more you add on to the numbers the more there is to subtract off.
Examples:
4.6 - 2.3
5.8 - 3.7
